7 ways to Fight Food Cravings.

* Keep healthy snacks (like veggies) available if you have a craving.

* Do something to take your mind off the craving, like polishing your fingernails or taking a bath. Often people crave sweets when the are bored

* Drink a Large Glass of Water before and after every meal.

* Starting your day with a large breakfast will help to not feel so hungry in the evening.

* Craving something sweet? Chew a piece of sugar free gum.

* Grab a piece of paper and write out how you are feeling. Often we aren't hungry at all, we just find comfort in our food. By writing out how you feel, you will often find other alternatives to eating.

* Don't give up if you cheat.
